This may have (probably has) been answered before, but I didn't see it. I am looking for a way to add animated overlays mid-stream such as to have a bar slide out with the name of a town I am entering. I want to be able to push a hotkey to trigger it, and be able to bind multiple different towns, etc. through the different hotkeys.
For instance, when I find a friend in DayZ, I want to be able to push a hotkey and have an animation appear on-screen with that person's name. Of course I will prepare the overlays with my friends' names before the stream. An animated .GIF might work for the animation. But how can I trigger that GIF to display during the stream and then disappear?
I've also seen people display animated notifications at the top of the screen during streams, such as to inform viewers that something has happened, or to feature something from chat, etc. How is this done?
