Hey guys, if you don't mind helping out a newbie, i'd really appreciate it. You see,before i was streaming pokemon and had no issues, even bought a new computer just so i could stream at better qualities. i did not change any settings from before and suddenly i cannot catch up on frames. i cant even do 30, i drop 50-90% of them when before 60fps was a breeze. I contacted my IPS and i did notice my upload speed was off but even after correcting that i still suffer quite a bit.
