An OBS AMD H.264 Config for streaming in twitch?

I´m start streaming but my stream looks a little bit pixeled when i move so fast and stream games like genshin or cod, don´t know how config it better and have a better quality.
If someone have a better configuration pls shere it with me :,c.
Setup:
R5 5600G
RX6600
16 RAM 3600HZ

OBS ACTUAL CONFIG:

QUALITY
PERFIL HIGH
B FRAMES 2
KEY FRAMES INT: 0

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
