Question / Help an error has occured intializing microphone audio, Please help

I tried to preview stream but this error came up.

" an error has occured intializing microphone audio it may not be plugged in or another application could be using it in exclusive mode"

So i reinstalled OBS and Updated AND reinstalled audio drivers to the (Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage Wireless Headset (GH0220) I own. Though I receive the same message. I'm also having a difficult time finding my log folder with the instructions given by Tim (through the link posted).

Now a new error saying "cannot initialize desktop sound" is coming up but i still dont know how to check the log info, need help.
