An encoder error occured while streaming

Recently OBS has been displaying this messgae while streaming to youtube. The stream starts ok, but when I switch between scenes this message appears and crashes this stream. It does not affect recording, but only streaming.

OBS is currently up to date
I am using a Black Magic box for camera input
Computer specs
Windows 10
Processor = AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM = 16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)
System type = 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
