Question / Help Amd Vce with 2 gpus help

Hey guys I have the plugin where you can use amd's version of shadowplay to rendor out and stream with obs. now I have 2 gpus in my computer 2 R9 290s and there both OC can I use the secound one to render for obs and first one to play games? when i go into video settings of obs i can only chose from 1 gpu im guessing my first one. so does obs support 2 gpus or do i have to fittle with amds settings?

VCE has virtually no impact on GPU performance, same with OBS compositing.

Yes, since these are discrete portions on the GPU. It will only use a bit of your GPU bandwidth but that will result in single-digit performance loss only at most.

Do be aware that Shadowplay/QSV/VCE are extremely poor-quality encoders, and should be considered only usable for local recordings, where you can throw a lot of bitrate at them to compensate for the bad compression.
