AMD Processor Has No Integrated Graphics, How Do I Fix Display Capture?

I understand that to fix display capture from showing a black screen you set obs to use power saver in order to use integrated graphics but I don't have any. All I see is my graphics card for both options do to having an AMD processor without integrated graphics.

I tried using all three settings and each on has the same result (black screen only showing mouse).
If I can't select integrated graphics then how am I supposed to capture my display?

A few things to try.
Run OBS as Admin
Turn of HAGS

Have you also tried creating a Clean Scene without any sources.
Then only add the display capture source? with it's default settings

Never had any issues with using display capture.
using AMD myself.

Even with turning off HAGS and running obs as admin I still get the same issue. Also creating a clean scene didn't fix it either.
