Question / Help AMD Cloning at Different Refresh Rates

As the title pertains, has anyone had success using AMD graphics cards and running a clone at two different refresh rates? I'm using a capture card and still trying to get away from 60hz my live gamer is running at. I haven't found a fix yet, although I've been looking for it.

It's the second from the bottom. Somethings I would add. I have a VG248QE. Ticking the 'Include extension block' box to off resulted in my monitor not working properly, I had to reset it with the 'reset-all.exe'. Make sure you remove all the resolutions from the capture device as well, except for the default one, otherwise it ends up in some sort of weird split-screen resolution.
