Question / Help Am I able to stream LoL?

just signed up here.
Already tested to stream but worked pretty bad. But I think the reason is Vodafone is doing some shit now.. should be done in a week or so

Here are my specs:

8gb RAM
gtx 960
fx 6300 (no oc)
50k vDSL
