almost losing 30 FPS??? with 3070tim

Hi please help every time i record with OBS i lose a lot of frames way more then normal mostly 20fps sometime 30 fps.

i have a 3070ti laptop with 150TDP
Ryzen 9 6900hx
16 GB ram
SSD gen4
ASUS g15 strix Laptop 2022
using MUX so full GPU power is enabled and in turbo mode
i tested it on a lot of games but they all had same results (cyberpunk used to get 85 OBS give 40-57, Hogwarts legacy used to get 80 OBS give 32-47, control used to get 100 OBS 63-72, ).

I did set my encoder to h264 by NVidia gpu, i updated my obs and removed all my software like msi/Riva tuner, NVidia broadcast.

it gets bad when i open obs but even worse when i record, i have not tried streaming yet.

any help is appreciated thanks

i would also like to add in these test i did not lock my fps but usually i lock it to 60 and Riva tuner causes big fps drops

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

The log needs to contain at least 30 seconds of streaming or recording where you have the problem.
