Question / Help Almost 100% CPU usage after disabling Intel integrated card

I was experiencing extremly poor performance while playing games and disabled the integrated Intel graphics card to fix that.
It is now using the Nvidia card.
Downside: As soon as I start OBS and turn on streaming or the preview, everything becomes a huge lag hell and it uses up to 100% of the CPU.
That didn't happen before disabling the Intel card.
Even tried using Nvidia nvenc but that doesn't seem to help at all.

Just figured out that even without OBS my games are running at like 4FPS.
Anyone got an idea how to fix that? Installed the proper Nvidia driver already.

It does not seem to be using the nvidia at all, and since you removed the intel graphics chip it has to use a software renderer it seems:
Loading up D3D10 on Microsoft Basic Render Driver (Adapter 1)...

I'd recommend reinstalling the intel drivers and setting up obs to run on the nvidia graphics chip. First test if your games are back to normal before you start obs though.
