Question / Help All sorted now apart from mic delay .

so i have after much headache finally got it all set up working but for one thing , my mic .
i am using a normal mic plugged into the pc for my audio.

i know it needs a delay but what value is it ?

am using a ps3 with the ElGato game capture HD .

also how can i increase volume of ingame chat on black ops 2 . its getting outputted but i would idealy like it a bit louder, if i turn up ingame chat on my headset will that increase what the Elgato hears too ? ?

Not sure about the volume issue, I'm somewhat confused.

So I set the delay on the mic going into pc too 1500 ms?
In game team chat and lobby chat is fine actually.
