All Scenes and Sources disappeared

Was recording some things, quit the app, came back from lunch, started OBS back up and everything was missing.
No system update or any changes to my OS / Mac were made.
Super weird, yes I am a little sick to my stomach at the thought of having to rebuild everything.

PS - I don't mean the Docks - they are all visible and just where I left them. But all the contents - images, cameras, overlays, audio and video capture - Gone.

Did you switch user profile, ie login as regular users, then use OBS as separate/admin user? ie, OBS content Scene collection details stored in alternate user profile?

No. I just made a new profile under the profile drop down menu. All scenes and sources for all profiles disappeared.
