Question / Help all incoming audio echoing

Hi, have an issue with my audio echoing. I am just starting to figure out how OBS works. I only have my Headset with microphone (no speakers). People on mumble are echoing as is my in game sound. This is my log. I hope somebody can help me as currently I can't stream or make videos while on voice communication. If it matters I use a Razer Megalodon headset.

No this isn't a streaming thing, this happens when I am just recording (ie no stream up what so ever). Also, my voice isn't echoing at all, I sound perfect albeit a little background noise.

Edit: When I do stream it is muted

Nothing in the log jumps out to me as wrong. Can you post a video example of the issue?

Perhaps your mic is picking up your speakers and you're getting feedback?
