Alerts Video and Audio Glitching

Hello, i dont know why but I have some alerts with Twitch points using TriggerFyre and other alerts with StreamElements, and some videos that i use in TriggerFyre and StreamElements alerts, glitches in Obs. Like, it glitches for some seconds, video and audio, and then it continues til the end. I dont know why this is happening. Can someone help me?

Start with these:
1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. We recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
4. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
5. In the video streaming settings, set Multipass to Single Pass and disable Psycho Visual Tuning.
 
Thank you so much my friend, Im gonna stream tonight with those settings and Im gonna see if it works and how is the image quality.
