Question / Help After the last update having problems with performance

Whenever i run the obs (just run it) not even doing something with it the whole pc starts working very slowly and takes ages even to open the task manager. This started happening since the last update and i have no idea what is going on.

CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: AMD 7770
RAM: 20GB

Any idea what is going or what i can do? Thanks in advance
