Before summer I could stream almost any game without problem and everything was fine, after I came home from holidays I reinstalled my windows to windows 10 and downloaded OBS setup everything like it used to be and when tried to play I would get lag so I tried changing settings and nothing helped so I thought it's Windows 10 so I installed back the same windows 8.1 I had before, installed OBS and did everything like I did before, tried to play same thing, laggy, FPS is little low around 70fps and ping is fine 30+ - ( Im trying to play and stream CSGO-I tried lowering graphics ) So I tried the other OBS hoping it can help tried all types of settings nothing helps, I have good enough computer and I used to be able to stream fine what could be the problem? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

12gig ram (two 4x gig from one company and 2x2 from other could that cause some problems ?)
