This happens with every update. To fix the problem, you have to roll back to version 30.1.1 or even earlier.

Webcam - Logitech C922
Works in all other applications without complaints. In parallel with the launch of the OBS, there are no other applications that could conflict.

It was not possible to find solutions on the Internet. Everywhere they write about the USB connector, updating / reinstalling drivers and privacy policy - this does not help. The only option is to roll back to an older version.

Hardware:
GPU1
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
CPU
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
8 Cores
Windows Version: 10.0 Build 26100 (release: 24H2; revision: 4351; 64-bit)

Log from different versions attached

Note, I'm just a user and NOT associated with the developers in any way

And if I can’t remove Kaspersky, is there no other option?
You could work with Kaspersky support to see if they can assist in troubleshooting, or finding the right combination of settings to not interfere? ... see below

And why should I delete something to make something that WORKED before WORK?
Presumably your Operating System and Kaspersky have been automatically updating, and security software, working at kernel level, can do all sorts of things (for good and sometimes not). So, that 'it worked before' can be misleading, as your system changes (typically) monthly... and Microsoft QA leaves a LOT to be desired of late
So uninstalling potentially problematic software is a good test/troubleshooting step. I'm not saying leave Kaspersky uninstalled, just uninstall to test. If all works with Kaspersky uninstalled, and issue re-appears when you re-install it, then it might be one of the User (and/or corporate applied) settings, or could be an interplay between Kaspersky and the Operating System. Either way, Kaspersky support is who you'd work with to address such (or your company IT/security team, if Kaspersky is employer controlled security software)
