Yo, not sure if this is the correct section, but i really need some help here, so i have charter, which gets me 135(Mbps) Download and 5(Mbps) Upload. I was able to stream 1080p 30 fps for about a year with the same internet

PC Specs:
i7 4770k
16gb 1866Mhz
GTX 780 x2
1tb Hard drive

Though my old modem randomly went on and off and was getting pretty old same with the router, so i replaced both. now i have a R8000 X6 Nighthawk Router and a NetGear CM600. A gigantic upgrade (Also ran me a lot of money). I thought it was worth it, but now i cant stream, only at 1200-1500 Kbps, i really dont understand what im missing, used to stream at 3200-3600 Kbps no problamo. Not sure if something in my router or modem is blocking the twitch servers, or doing something, but i have no idea what to do.

What i've done:
Check Windows Firewall - No problem there
Checked through all the netgear settings - No problem there (i think)
Changed servers multiple times
tried different presets i found online

None of this has worked, i dont know if my internet has spontaneously not liked twitch, but i dont know why i cant stream like i used to on my old modem, with the same internet.
