Question / Help Aero enabled or disabled

I find myself a little confused with this. Since streaming a few years ago I have always streamed well in basic windows mode (Aero disabled) but I've found that in the analyzer of log files it states that Aero is disabled as a (why would you do that scenario) Should I re-enable Aero well using OBS?

it depends if you are on windows 7 you can disable aero if you want to use monitor capture
if you want to use window capture you have to leave aero enable
game capture works with both enabled and disabled

if you are on windows 8 you simply ignore aero because its no real problem anymore

So... simple answer there is no performance increase or decrease due to the enabling or disabling of aero in windows 7 it only comes to window or monitor capturing.

there might be due to your gpu and cpu keeps working on your desktop but the gain isnt really huge but it might fix some lagg issues for some people
