Question / Help Advice for Streamsetup

Hello Everyone, i wanted to stream some Fifa (mainly UT). I just dont get all the options on Open Broadcaster, i think my Hardware should be good enough, but im still lagging pretty hard when im playing. My System: -Win 7 -ASRock Z87M Pro 4 -Intel i5 4670K 4 x 3,40 GHz -8GB RAM 1600 MHz -AMD Radeon HD 6970 2GB Memory
