Question / Help Advice For Stream Settings For 720p 60 FPS? High Quality Wanted!

Hey all,
I am looking at streaming Minecraft (already use OBS to record and works great) at 720p 6-FPS, but need some help on the settings to use!
Here are my specs, and yes, my graphics card is rubbish it seems...
CPU - i7 3632 QM
GPU - Intel HD Graphics 4000 (You see the problem?)
RAM - 8 Gb DDR3
DOWNLOAD SPEED - 30 Mbs
UPLOAD SPEED - 10 Mbs

Any other stats, let me Know!
