Question / Help Admin please help me.

Hello I am still having issue, I see black bars on my stream on the left side and right for my main monitor i am playing game on is a 144hz asus and monitor i am watching my stream on is a 60hz monitor, stream runs very smooth no lag but is really small. My main monitor is a 1920x1080 and other monitor i watch the stream on is a 1600x900, I selected fit to screen still had the issue of my stream being small and having big black bars on right and left side, also tried using stretch in options but still did not fix it. I am using in game resolution 1024x768 yet i know many streamers that use this ingame resolution but there stream looks big and stretched to fit the screen no problems. Please if someone can help me i would really appreciate it. thanks so much.
 
1024 x 768 is 4:3 resolution. You would need to select "stretch to fit" in game capture for OBS. Also, it looks terrible and I don't know why anybody would do it. The black bars are not a detriment. Feel free to shove the game to one side and add a webcam and/or your chat in the empty space left, or something.

Hi d2ultima thank you for your quick response, the game i play is csgo i see many pros streaming and it shows in full screen noblack bars and they all using same resolution in game 1024x768. what can i do to make it work for me? thank you so much.
 
I have uploaded a picture of what the stream looks like, big black bars on the left and right side of the screen again ive seen many csgo pros that stream and use this ingame resolution but do not have this issue with there stream i wish i knew how they fixed this issue, also tried what you said i went into my sources section right clicked and went to properties then checked box stretch image to screen and there is also a box that says ignore aspect ratio but that box is unchecked but still black bars :( please help.

You need to tick "ignore aspect ratio" for it to stretch. But it looks like crap.

Also, playing in 1024 x 768 is a pure detriment in CS:GO. Your Field of View is shrunk compared to 16:9 and 16:10 users. I don't know who told you it was better, but it's not helping you.

If you still want to continue using that, then by all means do so... just wanted to be sure you knew that it's a placebo effect for CS 1.0 to 1.6 veterans.
