Question / Help Adding music to the stream

Hey so I'm trying to add music to my livestreams, but the music from iTunes vastly overtakes the audio from streams (when I tried streaming BF4 on the Xbox One through my Elgato card) you cannot hear the audio from the game at all. I'm at a loss as to what is going on...I have my PC volume down to about 10, my iTunes volume about 20% of the way up and it's still much louder than what the Elgato is pumping into the stream (if any volume at all).

Your PC volume will effect OBS' output volume. Don't adjust your entire PC volume via the mixer, only adjust the volume for the program having the issue. On the windows mixer, turn down only itunes, and then turn the volume down in the program itself as well.

So I must have the worst luck, because I have iTunes turned down to almost nothing. The audio level (above the "Start Streaming" button) is at 50%. My Elgato is using Video Capture Device and it's audio is up 100% of the way and it is output audio to stream only. I have not had an issue with the Elgato audio through the Video Capture Device until I have tried to add music to it. Now I can't get audio out of my Elgato at all. I hear absolutely no game volume at all. I'm just extremely confused. It used to work. But now that I'm trying to add music from my computer, the game volume just disappears...

I guess the only thing I forgot, was that I am using Snip to help me input what is currently playing in the stream. I have no clue if that is bumping up the iTunes audio. But there's no audio controls for it...
