hi there

iI'm a noob here, but I just had my stream working with almost no problem.

I'm goin' to stream a game event and I'd like to know if ther's a (simple) way to add commentary voice from remote (the person who I'd like to talk can't attend the event)

thanks

What do you mean by remote?

I'd like to add commentary audio by a guy that will not attend the event.
Skype is an option, but it would introduce a time gap between commentary and the action... am I wrong ?
the best solution would be some way to send video from my obs-PC to another obs-PC (in the home of the guy who will commentate) and then to twitch.... this way, even if it will have 2x lag time, commentary and action would be in sync
sorry for my not-so-perfect english :-)

It would introduce a gap if your buddy is trying to comment while watching your stream. You need to send him the image of what you are streaming to him via skype. You can accomplish this by using Manycam for example. Then in skype you would send him the manycam feed.

intersesting..... so, if I got it, I'll have to send him the stream via skype (using manycam) and then capture the audio from skype and use it for my stream (how I do this ?)
nice suggestion, tnx

oh well... maybe I can just use another PC (with another webcam on the same action) to communicate with him and route the audio out from the "skype PC" to the audio in of the "obs PC"

Why would you complicate things when you can use skype on the same computer?

Audio will be picked up if skype outputs to the device obs is sending to the stream
