Question / Help Adding a skype window capture to a game capture

So I'm trying to add a window capture with a skype video call in it. I can get it to work perfectly if i play the game in Window capture mode, but i'd rather not. I want to use game capture. When i open the game, the skype window freezes....it just stops capturing, until i minimize the game. I've tried with Aero on and off, still nothing. I'm using Windows 7. Any suggestions?
