So i found out that without activating "minimize network impact" the ping goes crazy!
But if i enable it i drop like 8% of the frames! (PC specs at the end)

i used this guide http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/a ... r-software

(I have tried many different setting with bitrate from 1800 to 2400 and tried to stream @ 720p/600p)

Any idea how to fix that?

If you're dropping frames, try a different Twitch server, or continue to lower your bit rate until you stop dropping frames.

Thanks for the fast reply.

I will try a different server and see whats happening.

About the bitrate... i dont think its a problem since i got 2,8mbit upload.

Is there anything else i can change?(like preset, encoding profile, etc)

Ahh and 1 more question... can i stream at 720p@60fps according to my specs?

I tried a different server same thing happens..... now im trying to stream @540p/440p with 1000 bitrate and still im droping frames

Dropped frames is always due to your network connection to the server being insufficient for the amount of data you are trying to transmit. The only real thing you can do is try different servers and continue to lower your bit rate.

And if you don't enable it, your ping skyrockets, which also can be fixed by lowering your bit rate.

With current settings i have 0 frames dropped and no lag.
The setting are 1800 bitrate @540p@60fps but shoulnt i be able to stream @ 600p at least?

Resolution is not limited by available bitrate, you can increase it if you like as long as your CPU is good enough.
