Which resolution should I pick that will give me the best quality and still around 30fps?
240p - 400 Kbps

480p - 1000 Kbps
720p - 2500 Kbps
1080p - 4500 Kbps

720p 30fps with 2500 Kbps would be a safe bet. Going much higher on bandwidth doesn't seem to improve quality much for 720p at 30fps.

I'm quite doubtful you could get consistent 1080p with the processor, but maybe. And you'd want to use 3500-4500 kbps then. Which your internet might be able to provide, if it stays at over 5Mbps at peak usage hours.
