I am playing a game. viewers are watching the past of me. about 10 seconds delay. how do i change it to 0 second?

You can't. That's just how streaming works. 10 seconds is actually pretty low for Twitch. You should consider yourself lucky.

You could try a service like Hitbox, and get a delay of only 2-3 seconds.
