Question / Help Able to move bitmaps around the screen?

I wish to stream WarZ and to minimize the chances of being stream sniped I want to move a small banner/image over the area where the chat and server name is. But I don't know how or if you can actually do this.

Why can’t I move any sources that I added?
You need to be previewing your stream, or actually streaming and click ‘Enable Scene’ to move things around. You can also hold Ctrl while moving a source to prevent it from snapping to the screen edges and Shift while resizing to ignore the aspect ratio.

That should be "Edit Scene", not "Enable Scene"
