Bug Report AAC mono

Hi,

Tried on several computers, no matter what sample rate or bitrate I choose, I always get a slowed down, low pitch weird sound when I set audio encoding to AAC mono channel with 613b. Anyone have any success with that ?

Aware of it, yea. If possible, please give instructions on exactly how to reproduce, because when I originally tested it I didn't really see any issues.

Well, on my side, the only thing to do to reproduce is set codec to AAC and channel to mono. I've tried all i could think of, bitrate, format, save to file, actual streaming, 32bit and 64bit versions, recording desktop, microphone, both, with any audio related option enabled or disabled, bug is always there.
Also, keeping all settings exactly the same and simply change AAC to MP3 makes it go away.
