I want to record games with Game Capture and I want to have the FPS displayed on-screen.
Is there any way I could do it?

Yes. steam as a built in fps overlay function as to many times. so maybe I would ask for clarity, which games and what does this have to do with OBS? do you want your viewers to see the overlay?

I want my viewers to see the FPS , yes.
For games like Minecraft (I know F3 shows it but I just want a FPS counter on screen , nothing more.)

Just to be clear, saying you want it on screen doesn't tell me you want your viewers to see it.

Anyway, different games might have different solutions. also playing with either window or game captures and settings with those will have different responses with different games.
