so whatever sound my mic picks up like ambient sound or my voice it plays it infinitely and indefinitely and plays it as game audio and help or suggestions. I am using an elgato as my game play source.

Don't watch/listen to your stream while you're streaming. OBS will pick up the stream audio on the System channel, and it will loop forever.

Yes, because OBS is listening to the System audio channel, not being picked up by your microphone.

No, because the audio is not coming through your mic channel. Stop watching your stream while you're streaming.
