recently i was having a lot of in game fps drops whenever i was streaming, so i made a post here a week ago, a guy called ferretbomb helped me alot, but still my issue was not resolved what so ever, so i changed my encoding preset from x264 to nvdia nvenc , which resolved my issue, i stream at 720p with 30 fps and 3500bitrate , because i have a poor upload speed.. please someone have look at my latest log file if there is anything wrong in my setting i would appreciate a lot ..Thanks in advance
My specs are:
i7-3770 at 3.9 Ghz
Gtx 980 4gb factory overclocked
16gb corsair vengeance at 1600mhz

I maintain that there is something else very wrong with your setup. Switching to NVENC is not what you want to do; 3500kbps will cause quite a lot of viewers to go into buffering hell. Need to determine and fix the root problem.

well the root problem is my cpu because it is locked at 3.9 ghz and whenever i try to stream with x264 the hardware monitor tells me that the cpu is at full usage with a red sign , and i asked many of my friends to look at my stream at nvidia nvcnc they said it was fine ,, but you telling me that Nvidia nvenc is not good has made me depressed and sad

Thing is, if you're on an i7-3770 you should have NO problems with 720p@30fps x264 Veryfast.
My old i7-920 could run 720@60 or 1080@30, so a newer, more efficient 4-core hyperthreaded chip running at almost an extra GHz (3.4ghz as compared to my old 2.66) should leave it in the dust.

If you are getting max CPU load trying to run 720p@30fps x264 Veryfast, then there is a severe problem with your machine somewhere that needs to be addressed.

This isn't meant to depress you, it's meant to point out that there should be no need for NVENC with your machine; finding out why it's behaving as it is and then fixing it should be the priority, not trying to find a workaround to allow it to still be broken. It's meant to help. :)

That said, the logfile you posted looks fine. The only real issue is that it appears your connection is unstable to the selected server; you could try switching if there are any other local servers to improve the connection, but it may just be your ISP.

i think i might have mislead you a little,my cpu is fine, as far as my in game fps drops are considered they are fine when i am streaming games like middle earth shadow of mordor , or league of legends at ultra high graphic presets but i am streaming AC syndicate or GTAV then there is an issue of fps drops which are not severe i.e. my game doesn't get unplayable for example if am playing AC Syndicate and streaming aswell my fraps after every 30 seconds would drop to 30 or 25 for a half a second then they would be make to normal to 60 fps or above , this issue always occurs when i am streaming high end games such as witcher 3 , arkham knight or AC syndicate or gta v , and fps drops are not some what constant .
