So I'm upgrading my computer and wanted to know what kind of possessor i should get.

Intel or AMD and which chip should i get?
i have AMD 4 core not all that fast with a high end mother board so it would make sense to stike with AMD but can i Stream at 1080p/720 p with a AMD prossessor without frams drop or lag?"my internet speed isn't a problem btw "

i would be streaming Console games "sport game like Fifa and shooters like Battle Field"
also what kind of Capture card would you recommend was looking at the elgato but i want a good quality stream and recording

this is for my ps4 btw

Well, PS4 currently still has HDCP so unless you get an HDCP stripper, you won't be able to capture it through a capture card. I would highly advise against any USB 2.0 capture card, though. Look at internal capture cards for your PC, or the USB 3.0 devices that are starting to come out (my favorite being the XCapture-1 from Micomsoft, a Japanese company)

It's pretty solid. Most internal capture cards (that aren't cheap as $@&!) will be fine, it just depends on if you want 1080p60fps capture or not in most cases.

what internal capture cards "capture at 1080p and 60 fps" that work well with OBS?

Fairly expensive ones; I believe there's a Micomsoft for around $330 USD that will cap 1080@60. Datapath Vision cards will run about $600-1500. The Avermedia card you're looking at will accept a 1080@60 source, but will only actually capture at 1080@30.

Which isn't really a problem anyway, as it isn't advised to stream at 1080@60 in any case, currently (and to do so with any kind of decent quality, the prices above will be very small compared to the price of your standalone encoding rig).

I'd advise going with the Avermedia card, unless you are *really* interested in futureproofing.

Be aware that they're known to have some color-reproduction oddities in some cases. Something about converting the YUV color-space that they half-ass. It's subtle, and generally not an issue unless you're looking at them side by side.
