Question / Help 70m upload and 250 fps ingame but stream is laggy (CS:GO)

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to OBS and all this stuff, and i don't understand everything.

I have 70m of upload which I think is enough, and got 250 fps out of streaming, and 150 during. (capped at 150 anyway)
Still I think i'm doing my settings bad because my stream is sloppy and laggy, not as smooth as others even in source.

I play in 1920:1080.

That logfile seemed fine. I will say 720@60 is a bit much for a non K i5. do you have a longer logfile? maybe even a sample youtube video of the stream being sloppy or laggy?
