Question / Help 64 and 32Bit

Alright so, My computer is 64 bit, I have the OBS program 64 and the 32 bit My elgato doesnt show up under video settings on the 64 bit but does on the 32 bit, But when i try to preview or stream it freezes on the 32 bit but when i try on the 64 bit it doesnt freeze but doesnt show up any ideas as to what i can do ?

Make sure the elgato isn't being used by the official software or any other program, and the device will only work under 32bit because it doesn't have 64bit drivers. Double check that you have the latest drivers as well. If all else fails please post a log.
