64.2% Dropped Frames

I have an internet connection of 100 megabytes upload and 90 download, in the TwitchTest it appears to me that on the server "Argentina, Buenos Aires" which is where I am from, it appears to me almost 9000 kbps but when I turn on OBS the signal appears in red and barely reaches 2500 kbps and it is very unstable, how can I solve it? I have already tried with all the servers

Dropped frames are caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. They are not caused by OBS, but OBS can help with Dynamic Bitrate, so leave that on.

What's the Quality number in the TwitchTest for the server you're using?

Head over to the support page for your mobo & install the latest Ethernet driver. You have EEE issues.

13:47:11.710: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Interface has non-zero error counters (0/1 errors, 0/0 discards)

13:47:59.256: WriteN, RTMP send error 10035 (99 bytes)
13:47:59.256: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)
13:47:59.256: Output 'adv_stream': stopping

There's (2) LAN drivers available. This is the one that should be installed, from September 2024. The other is from 2021.

Version 10.71.312.2024

0 Counter & WriteN errors are gone, that's good. Your local connection looks OK so the problem may be your ISP. Have you tried disconnecting the power from your router, to let it re-boot?

Can you please use this tool to verify the quality of your Internet connection against Twitch servers:
Anything below 90 quality is bad and probably an issue on the ISP.
The closest server to you should always be 100 quality.

Take a screenshot of the results and post it in here.

This is the registry and I use the server "Buenos Aires, Argentina"

Your LAN driver per that screenshot. If no improvement after updating it to the latest, call your ISP.

ok,
Clearly you have network issues. If you installed and use a app to make the network work better, undo the changes it did and remove it.
Make sure the network driver is updated and wasn't corrupted by something else.
If you have another network cable to test, use it.
Change the cable from the port where it connects into the router/modem.
If the problem persists, contact your ISP regarding the issues on the RTMP protocol used for streaming.

And what is the RTMP that I should tell them to solve?
Protocolo RTMP. Es el protocolo mediante el cual se transporta la información transmitida a través de redes de audio y video. Es el protocolo que se usa para las transmisiones. Es uno solo, no hay 2 o 5 o 394934.
