Question / Help 60 fps stutter

Hey everyone!
I have a problem.
My computer cannot record at 60fps without stuttering in any games.
My pc specs are:
4790k
gtx 970 FTW+
Im pretty sure that I should defenitley be able to record at 60fps.

This is the file. Im not sure why sometimes the stuttering is a bit worse than it was, but it is stuttering still.

Have you tried increasing your bitrate and buffer? You currently have your buffer set to zero, and your bitrate to 1000.

I used to to that, but have it changed now, what would you recommend a good quality bitrate/ buffer size to be?

Leave the settings the way they were for recording (0 buffer) and try the ultrafast preset instead.

I have done that it did not really help that much. But i'm pretty sure I fixed it , I have the bitrate and buffer set to 50000 and my upload speed is higher than that so that works, and I dont really get lag spikes.
