Question / Help 60% drop frame, why?

Hi i'm having some troubles with my twitch stream with obs. I've got so many drop frame, like 60% . I tried changing server but it's the same, I also have done a connection test but its ok ,i think it's a setting problem, could u help me?

speedtest.net is NOT a good connection test for streaming.

Yeah, the connection quality on those servers is nonexistent. There's no way to stream on that connection, regardless of other speed tests.
