Question / Help 5k upload in-use for stream 2k *High Ping*

Hey everyone,

I have a huge problem when i am streaming i set my settings pretty low 1500/1500 bitrate 30FPS and i still have a ping above 60 (normal ping 12-20) i only stream League of Legends but the most time i just cancel the stream of high ping spikes (from 40 to 120 to 80 back to 70)

i used every streaming server so far (i am from Germany) and used this programm called JTVPing (there is the ping normal to NL/Ger) around 18~

i really would like to stream but its kinda impossible for me that way
