Question / Help 5500 dollar PC streamsettings

Hello! I got a 5500 dollar PC and I want to stream on it. The thing is that the stream gets freeze lags for the viewers as it did on my old computer. Can anyone here help me with settings to make it work smootly? I really want to start streaming regulary. I'll post my PC specs and internet speed below.

Specs:
Asus X99-Pro
Intel Core i7 5960X 4,4GHz
EVGA GTX 980Ti SLI
Corsair 32GB DDR4 2666MHz
Samsung 950-series pro 512GB M.2
Samsung 850-series EVO 1TB
Corsair AX1500i

Internet: 31mbit/s download and 11 mbit/s upload

If you read the link I provided about buffering you'll (hopefully) understand that it's an issue between Twitch and each individual viewer, and Twitch's ability to reliably send the data to those viewers. If you aren't using an excessive bitrate and aren't dropping frames you have nothing to fix.

I understand, it feels pretty sad that some people have to stand the lag. It's pretty hard to get viewers if it buffers pretty often, me personally don't wanna watch a buffering stream.

Yep, it's quite annoying.

Also, you may need to either disable SLI while streaming, or swap to OBS Studio and deal with the missing features/bad UI to be able to use multi-adapter compatibility. Due to how memory management works when GPUs are teamed, OBS Classic can run into severe performance issues.
