Question / Help 50-70 FPS drop when recording, log file included

Using OBS classic to record gameplay, normally runs at 150ish fps but whenever I'm recording it drops down to 50. The settings I am using are these...

I have the 1060 graphics card, 8GB ram and a i5-6600 processor.
