Hi everyone! I've been doing A LOT of reading in the last 5 days and tried out a lot of different things and honestly, I'm not really sure what to do next so I'm posting here.
So far I've tried both Obs and Xsplit, (paid account, if that matters), I've lowered settings, I've lowered resolutions, I've tried 4 or 5 different twitch servers, nothing seems to be working.
Before all this I could stream all day every day with no issues, which makes me think it might be an ISP problem, my Upload is rated for "up to" 5mb, and normally that's what I got. I was able to stream with a bitrate of 2800, frame rate 30, quality 8, and I never EVER had a problem. Until 5 days ago.
Now it doesn't matter how low I put the settings, I can't even stream a completely blank screen without dropping 10-15% of my frames.
