Question / Help 4mb upload (Minimaze network impact) blinking yellow/red

PC SPECS
Intel i7 4790k OC'D to @4.6ghz
GTX 970 G1 running stock, OC'IN when playing rly gpu intensive games.
16 gig ram and ssd samsung pro
So my question is that normal to blink when i check minimaze network impact or it should be always GREEN?
I have no problem streaming offline/single player games.

Can you try in OBS studio and see if you have the same issues? Classic has been a dead project for over a year now.
 
with OBS studio is really choppy, it's really annoying/unplayable when you have to spray.(Talking about CS:GO)

CS:GO is notorious for just eating all available system resources. You should try to cap FPS at something reasonable (200 is not reasonable) in game and try again. I see two things that jump out in the logs here:

The first, Killer network cards are terrible. They are known to cause all sorts of issues with just about any network-enabled application. I would strongly recommend downloading the driver package only, uninstalling their software suite, and getting the driver only installed. EDIT: Be careful when doing this, though. Make sure you have the driver only package downloaded on your PC already as uninstalling the software suite might prevent you from connecting until the driver is reinstalled.

Second, I see lagged frames in the output, which usually means that your system is running at capacity and can't keep up with encoding. Since you're using NVENC as the encoder, this would mean that your GPU is running near or at 100%, and capping FPS in CS:GO will help keep GPU usage under 100%.
 
I did clean install driver, (w/o killer suite) same thing happens in OBS Classic and same thing in OBS Studio.Checked my GPU load 20% with fps capped at 120.I dont really know what could be isssue, maybe unstable connection?

If you goin to ask, yeah i've tried with lower bitrates, even less than 50% of my upload

No, it is not normal.
