4k60 Pro Stuttering/Choppy

Just got the 4k60 Pro to record/stream with my Xbox Series X. I notice on OBS, it is a little choppy when recording the game and it looks like it stutters a bit. When I record on the Elgato program, it looks perfectly fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this. Here is my log for the past recording.

Change the 4k60's framerate to 60fps in its properties window. It's trying to capture 120fps while OBS is only recording at 60fps.

Hi, I changed the FPS to 60 under the properties for my elgato in OBS, but it is still stuttering. Any suggestions?

here i have a tweak what i have seen
Running as administrator: false -> Start obs as admin
22:06:58.262: Game Bar: On -> disable
22:06:58.262: Game DVR: On -> Disable
22:06:59.022: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded
