Hello,

For the past few days, my pc has been very laggy when I stream CS:GO, frames in game have been dropping with the high encoding on OBS (stream shutters).

I'm running 1920x1080 for streaming @ 3,000kbps ( iwas running at 3,500 , however the high encoding keep popping up so i drop it down). Also , I believe my CPU Usage can even put at faster, however , at the moment, I put it at superfast or even ultrafast, it just keeps having highload encoding. :(

I believe my pc is strong enough to stream without any problem, so I believe it might be my config. I really need some advice, thank you guys.

kbps does not determine encoding load, your resolution and framerate do. In fact, dropping the kbps will just make the CPU work harder, and look worse.

You're trying to stream at 1080p@48fps on a 4770, which isn't going to work. 1080p encoding is already demanding even at 30fps. Time to dial it back and downscale more.

Also, you're posting in the OBS Classic part of the forum, when you're using Studio.
