Question / Help 32 or 64 gooder?

I have 64 bit Win 7 but seem to be running 32bit OBS. Would things run smoother if I got and ran the 64 bit version of OBS? And if so, what things? lol

The 64 bit version is not compatible with certain video devices and plugins, there is rarely a reason to use it.
