Question / Help 32 bit help

I have uninstalled and redownloaded/installed OBS 3 times. Everytime it automatically installs the 64 bit version twice (once under program files and once under program files x86). I need the 32 bit version to be able to use the clr browser plug in since the 64 bit version doesn't allow this. How can I download the 32 bit version?

The 32bit version is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS. That is not the 64bit version installed there.
