My idle gpu usage with OBS is around 20 percent. After an hr of using the computer or so, the gpu usage goes to 60%. I have to reboot to get it back down to 20%. This is with 3060 TI.
I SOLVED THE PROBLEM at least in my case. All of you I suppose has more than 1 monitor, just check that all monitor is plugged into the main graphic card. i have rtx 3060ti and now stream lab v ram idle consumption is about 5%. hope this help
